The Area Managers from across the country met again at Colchester Football Club for the quarterly meeting.

The purpose of the meetings is to discuss the Regency Estate and keep everyone up to date with what’s going on within the company. With more acquisitions in the pipeline and new clients coming on board daily, these meetings give the Senior Management team an opportunity to share the successes with the team. It also enables the different divisions within the company to share news from their side of the business and the Area Managers to discuss ideas to help each other with recruitment and running their areas more efficiently.

Gary Powers, Managing Director, said ‘It’s always great to get together with the Area Managers, especially as the team is so large now with Managers spread out all over the country. Regency is growing daily and it wouldn’t be possible without the Managers out in their areas ensuring that our venues are manned and our venue managers are happy. It’s a demanding job and I’d like to extend my thanks to my Senior Management team and Area Managers for all their hard work.’
