Regency Security is delighted to announce their charity of the year will be the Community Sports Foundation (CSF), Norwich City’s official charity partner.

In May last year Regency Security were a key sponsor of the Norwich City Legends v Inter Forever game which had an attendance of nearly 18,000 with all proceeds going to the charity.

This year Regency Security will focus on raising money for the second phase of the Nest project, the new multi-purpose community hub located near Norwich Airport. The multi-million pound second phase, when completed, will add a 5-court indoor sports hall, a 60-station accessible gym, a floodlit 3G football pitch, flexible classrooms and studio space, an IT suite, cafe and changing rooms.

Committed already to raising lots of money for the charity is Gary Powers, Managing Director, who has teamed up with Darren Robinson of Evolve Electrical to take part in the 10k, Run Norwich during the summer. Gary and Darren are looking for sponsors who can donate for this great cause by visiting their fundraising page at https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-display/showROFundraiserPage?userUrl=GaryPowers&pageUrl=1

Regency Security are no stranger to Norwich City Football Club either. They are a Primary Partner of the club and provide match day security for all home games and events at Carrow Road.

Regency’s Commercial Manager Caroline Brown said, “We are a national company providing security services throughout the UK, but we have lots of passion and commitments in Norwich. This year, we wanted to support a local charity and It made total sense with our Football Club’s relationship and the support that we have previously given to CSF, to take it one step further and support them as our charity of the year.”

Regency Security will be keeping everyone updated on their fundraising efforts via their website www.regencysecurity.co.uk and Facebook page   www.facebook.com/regencygroupinformation.page

CSF helps over 38,000 people every year achieve their goals through sport, supporting some of the most disadvantaged, disabled and talented people across Norfolk.
